Privacy policy – Customers and Suppliers

AB Hammarprodukter has adopted the following personal data policy in its capacity as personal data controller for customers, suppliers and partners personal data.
AB Hammarprodukter (“We”, “us”), as the person responsible for personal data, take responsibility for ensuring that personal data that is processed is used only for intended purposes and is protected against unauthorized access. Our goal is for you to feel confident that your personal privacy is respected and that your personal data is processed correctly. We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against, among other things. loss, abuse and unauthorized access. In such cases, we will require an assistant contract.

When it comes to photo, video and audio recordings, AB Hammarprodukter has a legitimate interest in documenting our business. This means, for example, that general photos (unfocused crowd photos) can be used without consulting each individual person in the picture. Where individuals are in focus, we must at the time of the photographing ask for consent before we can use those photos. The same goes for video and audio recordings.
Your consent
When collecting and processing personal data to send product catalogs / updates, newsletters / product news or invitations, etc., you will be asked for your consent. You always have the right to revoke such consent, without this affecting the legality of the processing on the basis of the earlier consent. If you revoke your consent, the processing of personal data will cease and the personal data will be deleted.
Storage times
We store your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Photo, video and audio recordings that document our business will be saved for different lengths of time depending on the purpose. If they are of future historical interest, we will save them for as long as the technical service life allows.
